How accurate is the AI?+
Our AI reads printed receipts, invoices and PDFs and fills in the date, vendor, amounts, taxes and category for you. You always see what was extracted and can correct anything before it is saved or synced.
How does WhatsApp capture work?+
Link your WhatsApp number once in Settings. After that, just send a photo of any receipt to our WhatsApp number — we process it and reply with a link to the saved record. WhatsApp capture is on the Growth and Pro plans and included in the free trial.
Does it work with QuickBooks and Xero?+
Yes. Connect QuickBooks Online or Xero and we sync categories, vendors, customers and tax codes, then push your reviewed expenses, sales and bank transactions. Integrations are on the Growth and Pro plans and included in the free trial.
Does it handle Canadian GST/HST/QST and US sales tax?+
Yes. Taxes are split into the right fields — GST, HST, QST, US sales tax or VAT — and you can set your own rates.
Can I scan receipts in other currencies?+
Yes. Foreign-currency receipts are converted to your home currency at the exchange rate for the receipt date.
Can my accountant or bookkeeper access my account?+
Yes. Invite team members with Owner or Standard access. Accounting firms can manage all their clients from one dashboard, with per-client staff access.
How secure is my financial data?+
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Google Cloud, every request is tied to your login, and we never share your data with third parties without your consent.
